How can I book my stay?
Booking is incredibly simple. Just head over to our booking page, select your travel dates on the calendar, and check availability. Before completing your purchase, .you can also customize your experience and make your stay in our Wine Suite unforgettable by adding one of our exclusive wine tastings or other extra services available depending on your chosen destination.
What are the cancellation policies?
By booking directly on our website, you are always entitled to an exclusive, discounted rate reserved for our direct guests. To guarantee this special price, our terms include:
- Immediate Payment: The full amount of your stay (100% deposit) is charged at the moment your booking is confirmed on our booking engine.
- Non-Refundable Policy: The booking is final. In case of cancellation, modification, or a no-show, 100% of the total amount will be retained, and no refund will be provided.
How can I cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your stay (for example, to free up the dates on the calendar), our system allows you to do so online in just a few clicks, based on the policy in effect at the time of purchase. You can proceed in two ways:
- Option 1 (Fastest): Open the confirmation email you received from Vinova immediately after purchase. Under the “Cancellation policy” section, you will find a direct link: click on it to access your booking right away.
- Option 2: Go back to our booking page, click on “My Booking” at the top of the page, enter the email address used for the purchase and your booking reference code, then click on “Manage Booking”.
Once inside your booking dashboard, simply click on “Cancel this booking”. You will then receive an automatic confirmation email with a summary of the operation.
What is included in the price of the vineyard stay?
The final rate you see on our website is transparent and has no hidden surprises. It includes a stay for two people in a Wine Suite, breakfast, and VAT. Standard cleaning costs and booking guarantees are also already included in the price. The local tourist tax, which is not included in the online total, must be paid directly on-site at the property upon arrival, if required by local regulations.
Are payments secure? What payment methods do you accept?
Absolutely. The security of your data is our top priority: our booking system is powered by the Worldline (Ingenico) platform, a global leader in digital payments, which guarantees 100% encrypted, protected, and secure transactions. During the booking process on our website, you can complete your purchase using all major Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
Are there any extra costs or mandatory surcharges to be paid on-site?
No surprises: all main costs for your stay (such as electricity, water, heating, and standard final cleaning) are already included in the price you pay online. The only additional costs that might apply are the local tourist tax (if applicable, to be paid on-site) and any optional extra services you choose to add during booking.
Can I add extra services to my booking?
Certainly! Each estate offers exclusive experiences and services (such as breakfast in your room or wine tastings etc.) that vary by location and are detailed on the page of your chosen destination.
You can add your extra services in three very simple ways:
- During the booking process: select the services you want directly on our website before completing your purchase and add them to your cart.
- After booking (via the website): go back to our website, click on “My Booking” at the top of the page, enter the email address used for the purchase and your reference code, then click on “Manage Booking” to modify your reservation.
- Via the Vinova Welcome Book: immediately after your purchase, you will receive an email containing your digital Welcome Book and all the instructions to book extra services in just a few clicks.
Note: To guarantee flawless organization, these services must be purchased exclusively online and within the advance booking windows indicated on each experience’s page.

How does check-in work and where should I go upon arrival?
Your arrival at Vinova is designed to be convenient, secure, and stress-free. Since each Wine Suite is immersed in a unique wine estate, the exact check-in procedures and times may vary depending on the hosting partner winery.
No surprises, you can organize your arrival with total peace of mind thanks to these steps:
- Before booking: You can always find the operational details and check-in/out times directly in the summary sheet of the Suite you are choosing.
- Right after booking: You will receive a confirmation email and your digital Vinova Welcome Book—a personalized guide that includes step-by-step instructions for your perfect arrival, along with all the tips to make the most of your stay.
What are the check-out times?
Your departure from Vinova is designed to be convenient and stress-free. Since each Wine Suite is immersed in a unique wine estate, the exact check-out procedures and times may vary depending on the hosting partner winery.
You can check the departure time at any moment:
- Before booking: by reviewing the summary sheet of the Suite you wish to select.
- After booking: within the confirmation email and in our digital Welcome Book, where you will also find all the useful information for departure and key return.
Where can I park my car? Are there any additional costs?
You can travel with total peace of mind. As these are wine estates and wineries, convenience and safety for your car are always a priority.
The specific details regarding parking and available amenities vary depending on the hosting partner winery:
- In most of our destinations, you will find a reserved, free parking space located directly inside the estate.
- The exact specifications of your chosen property (including the potential availability of EV charging stations or covered areas) are always listed in the Suite’s description sheet during the booking process.
- Right after booking, inside your digital Welcome Book, you will find precise driving directions and access instructions to reach the parking area dedicated to your Wine Suite.
How do I find my Wine Suite inside the Estate?
There is no risk of getting lost. Since each estate has its own unique layout, we have thought of everything to give you complete peace of mind. Right after booking, you will receive your digital Welcome Book, personalized according to the specific destination you have selected. Inside, you will find:
- A direct link to Google Maps to navigate without errors to the exact arrival point.
- Step-by-step directions that will easily guide you from the parking area right to the door of your Wine Suite.
Everything will be handy on your smartphone to guarantee a smooth, pleasant, and stress-free arrival.

What services are included in my Wine Suite?
Each Wine Suite by Vinova is a masterpiece of modular and eco-sustainable design, crafted from natural wood to guarantee total privacy and perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape. Thanks to excellent thermal insulation and independent heat pump climate control, our suites ensure an ideal microclimate and a welcoming atmosphere in every season of the year.
Upon your arrival, you will find premium amenities designed for your utmost comfort:
- Rest and View: A Queen Size double bed with high-quality linens, framed by a large panoramic window with a direct view over the vineyards.
- Bathroom & Wellness Kit: A modern, private en-suite bathroom complete with a spacious shower, sink, and toilet. A wellness kit featuring complimentary toiletries, towels, soft bathrobes, and slippers is also at your disposal.
- Extra Comforts: Amenities may vary depending on the destination. We recommend checking the specific summary sheet for the destination you wish to book.

Is Wi-Fi available? Is it suitable for remote work (Smart Working)?
Yes, Wi-Fi connection is a standard amenity always available in all our Wine Suites, allowing you to browse the web, check emails, or plan your itinerary. You will find the login details directly inside your digital Welcome Book.
However, when it comes to remote working, we want to be fully transparent. Our suites are immersed in the heart of the vineyards and nature. For this reason, network stability and speed may be affected by the local landscape and can vary from destination to destination.
Rather than for intensive work, Vinova Wine Suites are designed for a perfect “digital detox”: the ideal environment to unplug from daily routines and connect, for once, solely with the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
What happens in case of bad weather? Is the suite safe and heated?
Absolutely yes. Our suites are equipped with state-of-the-art thermal insulation and independent climate control. Whether there is sun, rain, or snow, you will always find a perfect, warm, and cozy microclimate inside.
In fact, watching the rain or a storm sweep across the vineyards through our large panoramic window—while staying warm and cozy inside, sipping a glass of wine—is one of the most intimate, romantic, and enchanting experiences you could possibly have.
Is it possible to have lunch, dinner, or breakfast at the property?
Your stay includes breakfast in the price—ideal for starting your day immersed in relaxation. Furthermore, depending on your chosen destination, you can enrich your experience by requesting our exclusive room service breakfast, where available.
For lunch and dinner, each of our partner Estates offers unique dining options deeply rooted in local traditions. Since the gastronomic offerings and services vary by location, we invite you to check the available options directly on the website page dedicated to the specific property you wish to book.
What wine-related activities and tastings can I experience during my stay?
Our Wine Suites are designed as the ultimate starting point to experience each territory in its purest authenticity. During your stay, you can immerse yourself in the world of wine through exclusive winery tours and guided tastings, organized directly within our partner Estates.
Since every Vinova destination reflects the unique identity of its own land, the available experiences vary depending on your chosen location. To guarantee the highest quality and availability of the activities, tastings can only be booked online and prior to your arrival:
- During booking: by adding the experience as an “extra” directly to your shopping cart on our website.
- Before your arrival: by clicking on the dedicated link found in your booking confirmation email (or inside your digital Welcome Book) to add the extra at a later time, provided it is done at least 2 days before your check-in date.

Wine Suite Rules & Special Guests
Are dogs allowed? Is Vinova a pet-friendly property?
Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome in our properties designated as Pet Friendly. To ensure maximum comfort for all our guests, we apply a few simple rules:
- Limits: A maximum of 1 pet per suite is allowed (dogs or cats only) with a maximum weight of 20 kg.
- Costs: Depending on the destination, your pet’s stay may be free of charge or require a fixed fee of €25.00 per stay for professional room sanitization, to be paid directly at the property.

Is Vinova an adults-only property or is it suitable for families?
Our Wine Suites are conceived as 28 sqm and 14 sqm exterior and inter design respectively and are nested in the vineyards: an exclusive and intimate retreat, specifically created to offer an unforgettable couple’s experience centered around total relaxation and reconnection.
To preserve this atmosphere of tranquility and the very nature of the property, the suites feature only one double bed and are configured to accommodate a maximum of 2 adult guests. Therefore, it is not possible to add cribs, extra beds, or accommodate young children. It is the perfect romantic getaway to unplug and indulge in time for two.
Is smoking allowed inside the Wine Suites?
To guarantee maximum safety—as our structures are crafted from natural wood—and out of respect for the health and comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Wine Suites (including electronic devices such as IQOS or e-cigarettes).
If you wish to smoke, you are free to do so in the beautiful outdoor areas and near your private patio, while kindly making sure to use only the provided ashtrays to preserve the cleanliness and beauty of the surrounding nature.
